Shipping Rates
Your shipping charges depend on the weight of the total items you order and the shipping option you select. The shipping charges are calculated online and the amount could vary based on the weight of the items to be shipped and distance between our stock center and your delivery address.

Order Processing
Please allow 4-8 business days for the shipment of the product (provided the product is not backordered). It usually takes 24-36 hours to ship the product from our warehouse. However if the product is in high demand or short supply then we have to order from our supplier in which case it will take another 24-48 hours. After that we ship the product using FedEx Ground and it normally takes 2-4 days to reach the customer's shipping address. Business days include days from Monday - Friday.

Backordered products
We try to maintain as much stock as possible of all products at our warehouse but in the event of short supply or high demand of any particular product, it may be backordered. In that case our sales department will let our customers know the status of their product and possible shipment time. The customer will then decide whether he/she wishes to wait for the product or re-order in future.

International Shipping
We currently do NOT ship to international countries. We ONLY ship within the USA.

Incorrect Address
Please take time to enter your shipping address correctly. If you provide incorrect shipping address then you will be charged $15 for correction as we have to pay that money to FedEx.

Incomplete/Partial Order Shipment
We can split your order depending on your selection during checkout (a split shipment order is any order in which back ordered items are shipped separately as the items become available). In case of split-ship order, we'll immediately process and ship the in-stock items, and send the on-order items separately when they're available. In these cases, you are required to pay additional shipment fees to ship the items which become available later on. The amount to be paid will be communicated by out sales team.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us with subject Order Cancellation. Please write your order code in the email so that we are able to expedite the process.
Please not that if you order HAS been shipped and you wish to cancel that order then you will ONLY be refunded product amount and tax (if applicable). You will NOT be refunded shipping amount as we have to pay that amount to FedEx. You will ALSO have to bear shipping charges of returning the product to us in its unused condition. If the product has been used, opened or tampered in any way then you will NOT be refunded any amount for that product as we do not provide any warranty for that product. However, if your product has NOT been shipped then you will be refunded product amount, tax amount (if applicable) and shipping amount.
